This two- day training ensures that every participant departs equipped with the capability to administer the rigorously validated EQ-i 2.0® tool, interpret its assessment data effectively, and leverage this data to provide client-centered feedback-rich with practical insights. This enables the development of tailored coaching Action Plans geared towards yielding high-performance outcomes.
Amoxie Group, a training partner of Multi-Health Systems (MHS), provides certification training for the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® assessments. This training is conducted by Master Trainer of the EQ-i 2.0® Dr. Akweta Hickman, who is not only a professional trainer and educator in Emotional Intelligence but also possess leadership experience at executive levels within organizations. As an esteemed scholar of emotional intelligence, she brings a wealth of expertise to the certification process.
The training consists of a two-day interactive, in-class portion focused on building the necessary skills to effectively utilize the EQ-i 2.0® . Participants have the flexibility to choose between attending the in-class sessions or opting for a blended learning solution, which allows them to complete portions online, thus saving time and travel costs.
